Responsibilities<\/h3>\n
    \n
  1. Execute the day-to-day activities of audit engagements of various clients<\/li>\n
  2. Detect and communicate accounting and auditing matters to partners<\/li>\n
  3. Identify performance improvement opportunities<\/li>\n
  4. Interact with clients to ensure efficient information flow from the client to the audit team<\/li>\n
  5. Develop client proposals, presentations, and other client related documents<\/li>\n
  6. Play an active role in the management and supervision of the personnel within the audit practice<\/li>\n
  7. Understand and utilize Audit Methodology<\/li>\n
  8. Supervise and train Audit senior, Audit associates, and interns on engagements<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n
    \n

    Qualifications<\/h3>\n
      \n
    1. Minimum of five years of current and\/or recent audit experience in public accounting<\/li>\n
    2. Must have an active CPA license<\/li>\n
    3. Applied working knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and accounting procedures<\/li>\n
    4. Demonstrated supervisory experience for at least two years<\/li>\n
    5. Flexibility to work on non-attestation services such as bookkeeping, M&A, human resources, and IT advisory services<\/li>\n
    6. Ability and willingness to travel<\/li>\n
    7. Japanese language skill is a bonus<\/li>\n<\/ol><\/div>\n
