            To gain support, make the benefits concrete: fewer reporting hours, faster collections, shorter closing cycles, and more time with customers. Each initiative should have an owner, an implementation cost, and a measurable result. Start with a manageable improvement and build on the results.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
