Steps to make an engagement:
- Please share us your needs or issues from the “free quote” icon in this website. Upon receipt, we will contact you to arrange a meeting (web or in-person).
- We will inquire and obtain further information by having an in-depth discussion and ensure that a reasonable r solution can be proposed. The meeting will take on average 30 to 60 minutes. The first meeting will be held withoutany cost. Please feel free to contact us on any accounting, tax and/or other financial related matters.
- After our first meeting, if the right service(s) for the customer can be rendered, a proposal containing the fee estimate will be issued usually within a week.
- If we mutually agree to the terms and conditions, a formal engagement letter will be issued.
- Upon receipt of the signed engagement letter, our services will commence.
