I have been involved with accounting and taxation in both the US and Japan for over 30 years. On a daily basis, with the support of my excellent team, I put my best effort to find the most optimal solutions for our clients.
Daiki passed a Japan CPA exam, when he was a junior at Soka University. After graduation, he started his career at Deloitte’s Tokyo office in 1994 and he moved to Yotsuya & Co. LLP in 1998. In his experience in Japan for 14 years, he had been involved with broad practices, including financial statement audit, tax compliance, handling tax authority investigation and consulting. During this time, he also passed the US CPA exam.
He started working abroad at Deloitte in 2008. In Deloitte’s Guam office, he took a practical lead in the Japanese Service team and made a foundation of accounting and audit practice for the Federal States of Micronesia Captive Insurance Act of 2006. Since then, he has been involved with US and Japan cross-border transactions for more than 200 Japanese companies in the US in broad industries.
He became a managing partner of Premier Kaikei LLP in 2020. His broad and extensive knowledge and experience in both the US and Japan allows him to manage and lead a firm that can offer diverse services. . Daiki is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of California and Illinois and the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Chartered Global Management Accountant. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Soka University.

Jake started his career at KPMG LA office in 1993 and has 30+ years of experience in the international financial markets as a public accountant, investment banker and business owner. Jake is a US CPA license holder and a former Assurance & Advisory Partner at KPMG.
Jake has experience working abroad in Japan co-owning and managing a financial service firm specialized in distressed assets. Currently, Jake is functioning as an concurring review Partner and advisor at Premier Kaikei LLP. Also, Jake is a Strategic Advisor at an IoT & Mobile App. start-up company based in Long Beach with a strong presence in Asia. Jake is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of California. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He holds a bachelor’s degree from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA).

Hideo Takada has over 35 years of public accounting experience. He focuses on providing audit, review, tax compliance and advisory services to Japanese subsidiaries in the US. He started his career at KPMG’s Tokyo office as an auditor prior to transferring to the KPMG’s Atlanta office. He established the firm’s Japanese Practice in the Southeast which became one of the key Japanese Practice offices in the United States.
He became a professional practice director of Premier Kaikei LLP in 2020. His motto is to provide the clients with practical advice based on his abundant experience and rules or regulations. Hideo is a licensed certified public accountant in the State of Georgia and previously member status of the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and participates in their Peer Review Program. He is an executive board member of the Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Georgia. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Keio University.
