Premier Kaikei LLP was established in June 2020 in response to a need for an accounting firm who are familiar with both Japan and US accounting and taxation issues to support existing, newly established and acquired Japanese companies in the United States. Our broad knowledge and deep understanding of accounting regulations and challenges in the US through the eyes of Japanese firms have been highly valued by our clients. In June 2021, we moved our office from Downtown Los Angeles to Torrance to be closer to our clients.

Our mission is to contribute and support the success of Japanese businesses in the US. Leveraging off our staffs’ extensive experience and knowledge, we believe it is crucial to capture our client’s needs globally, not only in the US but also at the Headquarter.
